Destined Desserts & Coffee will elevate your next event with delicious desserts and custom coffee catering! We offer a variety of treats like cookies, cakes, and decadent brownies. Our coffee is locally grown, roasted, and sourced ethically from a family owned business.

All of our syrups, whipped creams, and sauces are made from scratch and with the best ingredients. We value the quality of our ingredients, recipes, and services with every event, big or small, because we understand the value of your time and trust.

Another one of our goals is to give back to the community by being reasonably priced and shopping locally from other Family Owned Businesses. We also know how expensive and stressful it is to plan events! We never want to add to the stress and are willing to help and modify our packages to fit your budget! Made with ristretto shots, steamed whole milk and topped with foam. Ristretto shots are a more concentrated than a regular espresso shot, they pull the same amount of coffee while using less water. Available hot or iced.

Order Form

Destined Desserts was founded in 2020 at the brink of the pandemic by me, Destiny! I always had a passion for baking and party planning. As I gained more experience and had access to more resources, I chased after the dream even more! I focused solely on custom desserts like cakes, cookies, and specialty cake pops! In 2023, I decided to add coffee catering to my business because I love coffee just as much! As a college student, I worked at a local coffee shop for over four years. I loved meeting new people, developing friendships, and experimenting with new ingredients and flavors! I had a passion for creating and customizing desserts and now coffee!

Growing up my mom always planned the best parties for us. She would bake us a yellow cake with chocolate frosting, and invite my entire family over to celebrate us in our little apartment. I always loved watching extravagant party planning and dessert videos like Cake Boss! I knew at a young age that I wanted to be a baker and create beautiful treats for people!

Growing up in a lower class Puerto Rican family helped shape me into the woman I am today! I believe in being accessible to all and not denying a customer because they can't afford to spend as much as someone else. I couldn't count the number of times we had to cutback or revise our party planning because we weren't the target audience. Here at Destined Desserts & Coffee, everyone is our target audience. Every customer is valued, appreciated, and seen! I believe everyone deserves access to luxury catering and desserts that they've always dreamed of. Bringing someone's dreams to life gives me so much joy! Don't hesitate to ask! Enough about me, let's get to the fun stuff!

What makes us different?

We make all of our syrups, whipped cream, and creamers from scratch! We offer a variety of packages in order to serve small and intimate events, corporate events, and weddings while staying in your budget. We offer decorations with the carts to match your event!

What else do we offer?

We are a catering company that not only offers customizable coffee but desserts and decorations as well! We also have vegan options. Check out our menu to get the full breakdown.

What's included?

We have a custom built coffee bar equipped with an espresso machine, coffee grinder, and refrigerator. We will bring all of the supplies needed to host the event from start to finish.

How do you reserve our services?

This is most important part! First reach out via Email or Instagram to check if your desired date + time is available! Next you will fill out the event Order Form! In order to reserve your date, there is a nonrefundable holding fee. We will keep in contact with you the entire planning process to answer any questions you have or to modify your order.

Staffing your event?

Depending on the size of your event as well as availability, there will be 1-2 Baristas working your event! Our Baristas have years of experience working in fast paced environments in order to avoid long lines.

What is your role?

In order to give you the best experience, we will need to make sure that we have enough space for our cart and enough time to set up! Communication is key to a successful event! If there is anything you want to share, we ask that you do, our goal is to make you happy!

Still not sure?

We offer a personalized tasting in order to give you peace of mind! There is a fee for this tasting, but it is waived if you book us for your event! We ask that you reach out if you have any questions about our services. We are a family operated business, and we make it our mission to develop great relationships with all of our customers! If cost is a concern, please let us know! Paying for events can be stressful, we get it!

Can I just order desserts?

Yes, you can do just desserts! Coffee catering is available for those who want it but you aren't limited to anything specific! If you want to order just a cake or cookies that is also an option! Our menu was designed to help you get as much done with one caterer instead of having to coordinate with multiple vendors! When sending in your request or inquiry, just mention what you are interested in.

Can we modify flavors?

Yes! If you want to modify the chocolate chips or something specific about our recipes, we are willing to do so as long as we have enough notice! It may change the pricing a little but we would let you know once we conduct our research and price the items at our local markets!

Do you have other options or flavors?

Yes! We have a ton of flavors that we dont have on our menu but we still offer them! Just let us know what flavors you are looking for and we can make it for you!
